Sprinter Electronics accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete electronics may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective or was received in error. Certain products may be designated as final sale or non-returnable, and those exclusions will apply where stated on the product page or at the time of sale.
